Joanna Marrero Recognized for Her Commitment to Fighting Hunger
We’re proud to celebrate Joanna Marrero, Inclusion Coordinator at UCP of Eastern CT, who United Way of Southeastern CT is recognizing as part of its Hunger Action Month series.
Joanna makes sure individuals with disabilities and their families and caregivers aren’t left to navigate challenges alone. She listens, connects people to resources, and helps them take real next steps toward stability, independence, and belonging in our community. She also advocates tirelessly for the people she serves.
Joanna goes above and beyond every day, and our community is stronger because she’s in their corner. Thank you, Joanna, for all you do in the fight against hunger.
