Self-Advocacy and Social group

Our Self-Advocacy Group empowers individuals with disabilities into taking matters of success into their own hands. A group session is hosted once a month, with themed discussions related to disability challenges. We cover topics such as exercise and nutrition, community access, online safety and much more. Sessions are free and open to all adults living with disabilities.
