At UCP of Eastern Connecticut, our greatest strength is our people. Every day, our dedicated staff makes a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities by creating opportunities, fostering independence, and enhancing quality of life throughout our community.

Recently, we gathered over lunch to celebrate and recognize several outstanding team members for their years of service and commitment to UCP and the people we support.

Each honoree received a Service Award in grateful recognition of their continued dedication to our community of individuals with disabilities. Their contributions have played an important role in enhancing the lives of the people we serve, and their commitment is deeply valued and appreciated.
