Celebrating Our Project SEARCH Graduates
A Milestone of Growth, Achievement, and New Opportunities

Congratulations!
This week, we celebrated an important milestone: the graduation of our Project SEARCH interns. UCP’s internship program is an innovative, hands-on experience, held on-site at Harford Healthcare’s Backus Hospital. It empowers young adults with disabilities to build real-world job skills, gain confidence, and prepare for meaningful, competitive employment.
For nine months, interns worked side by side with professionals, learning valuable skills that translate directly into the workforce. Graduation marks both the end of the program and the beginning of new opportunities and career pathways. We are proud of each graduate for their dedication, growth, and achievements. The future is bright, and we can’t wait to see where their talents take them next.
