Employment services for students with disabilities in Connecticut.
Transitioning students seamlessly from high school to work and life in the community.
We help young adults transition from high school to working in the community after graduation. Our employment programs serve students with disabilities in Eastern CT with mild to complex support needs. The goal is to help students with a disability move from school to adult life to — get a job, find a place to live and be part of the community.
We take a team approach. Students work with a transition specialist who partners with the student’s team of educators, parents and the adult service system to help each student find the right job match before they exit school.
Fully accessible locations in Waterford and Old Saybrook, CT offer programs during traditional school hours and through an extended day program from 2:30 to 5:00pm.
