UCP of Eastern Connecticut has been serving individuals with disabilities in Eastern CT for over 60 years! We understand how important it is to provide respectful, quality supports to the people that we serve. We have developed a 24 hour training program as part of our orientation and on-boarding, that provides new hires with the tools and information they need to provide the highest quality supports to individuals with disabilities. We offer this comprehensive program to DDS private provider agencies like ours. Our curriculum covers CT DDS mandated training as well as other important information to provide your staff with a sold foundation for providing excellent client care, support and services.

Maureen Donnee, RN Staff Development Director at UCP of Eastern Connecticut is a DDS endorsed instructor with over 10 years of experience teaching the DDS Medication Administration Certification Course.
All of our training programs are delivered in a classroom setting which includes instructor led presentations, case studies, demonstrations, group discussions and simulations. Students receive a certification of completion and a training record for their files.
Cost is $150 per student for a full 4 day training.
