Independent living for people with disabilities.

At UCP’s Supported Living Program, we provide independent living supports to people with disabilities in a unique cluster setting of apartments. This type of arrangement allows for maximum independence and community inclusion.

We provide on-duty, overnight support from 11pm to 7am. Financial oversight is available along with in-home person-centered services to help people with disabilities in Eastern Connecticut increase their level of independence, while maintaining optimal health and safety.

These services are available for people who are paying privately or those with a Department of Developmental Services (DDS) community-based rental subsidy.
